Renting a piece reserves it for the dates you select at checkout. Rent is charged for the full rental period regardless of early return.
A refundable security deposit is charged at checkout in addition to rent. It is held separately from the owner's payout and refunded immediately after a clean return is video-verified. Damage, loss or late return may result in a deduction, disclosed with supporting evidence.
Every rental requires a recorded video call confirming the piece's identity and condition before dispatch, and again on return. Orders cannot be marked complete without both checks.
Rentzora deducts a flat 16% fee from the rental amount of every completed order before releasing the owner's payout. This fee is never charged on the security deposit.
Owners must list accurate photos, condition and value for every piece and ship within the agreed handover window once a rental is confirmed.
Any disagreement over condition, damage or deposit deductions is reviewed by Rentzora using the video confirmation records from both handover and return.
